Pre-Confirmed Blocks and Faster Ethereum

ETHGas is introducing pre-confirmations, letting participants reserve whole blocks, top-of-block spots, or guaranteed execution positions. This approach could process over 10,000 transactions per second, offering predictable fees and timing for traders.

Execution guarantees are backed by validators posting Ether or restaked Ether through EigenLayer, with collateral slashed if commitments aren’t honored. Founder Kevin Lepsoe says validators have honored 99.96% of pre-confirmations, promising faster, more reliable Ethereum transactions while requiring ongoing community engagement.
