France just made a huge move.

BPCE — the 2nd-largest banking group in France — is rolling out in-app crypto trading for millions of retail customers.
Starting Monday, users of Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Épargne will be able to buy and sell BTC, ETH, SOL and USDC directly inside their banking app.

No external exchanges.
No third-party wallets.
Just… open your banking app and trade.

Phase 1 = ~2 million users
Full rollout (2026) = 12 million customers

A traditional bank opening the door this wide is not “just another update.”
It’s a signal.
