Ahead of broader rollout, X is allowing users to edit how their location appears on the new profile transparency panel. Users — even in the U.S. — can choose between showing their country or only their region/continent. The option is found under “Privacy and Safety” → “About your account.” X appears to be giving users time to verify their data before the feature becomes universally viewable.
