Major Wallets Launch Global Phishing Defense Network

MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect, and Backpack have joined the Security Alliance (SEAL) to create a global phishing defense network.

The initiative aims to stop crypto phishers, who stole over $400 million in the first half of 2025, by sharing verified phishing reports across participating wallets in real time.
