We are looking for a talented DeFi Account Manager - your role is to support our Re7 Labs business by growing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with L1 & L2 foundations, crypto asset issuers, DeFi platforms and protocols, distribution partners and crypto whales, to ensure Re7 are top of mind and first choice for new opportunities Filter, manage and convert inbound leads, assessing viability and profitability, propose business cases for approval Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to ensure engagement opportunities and information flows are responded to promptly and accurately Identify industry themes and growth trajectories that Re7 can take advantage of Capture, consolidate and synthesise feedback on Re7's products and services to enable us to keep pace with changing requirements and Proven track record and 3+ years experience of business development and/or account management in the crypto industry Experience building lasting relationships with a range of different types and size of DeFi / Crypto client base Excellent communication skills Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership Remote-first set up with carte blanche to grow the business together A dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development in the rapidly evolving and dynamic industry Competitive package
