Vermont-based Beta Technologies has priced shares between $27 and $33 for its initial public offering, aiming to raise up to $825 million. If fully subscribed at the top of the range, the company would debut with a $7.2 billion valuation. Founded in 2017 by CEO Kyle Clark, Beta has never taken venture capital, raising $1.15 billion from institutional investors instead. -
