The claim: Upbit is holding $53M+ in FTX-linked assets via a secret nominee account under the name Yang Jai Sung.
The case hinges on proving Alameda controlled the account tied to the email seoyuncharles88, which allegedly forwarded to an internal Alameda inbox.
