Salesforce Unveils Agentforce 360 Ahead of Dreamforce 2025

Salesforce has launched Agentforce 360, the latest version of its AI agent platform, ahead of its Dreamforce conference starting October 14.

Highlights include:

Agent Script (beta in November) for flexible “if/then” AI prompting.

Agentforce Builder to build, test, and deploy agents in one place.

Slack integration, letting core Salesforce apps surface directly in Slack.

Users can now tap into “reasoning” models powered by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini, allowing agents to “think before responding.” Early pilot customers include Lennar, Adecco, and Pearson, while Salesforce claims 12,000 Agentforce customers.

Agentforce 360 reflects Salesforce’s push to expand enterprise AI adoption amid growing competition from Google Gemini Enterprise and Anthropic Claude Enterprise.
