AI presentation startup Prezent has acquired Prezentium, a services-led company focused on the life sciences vertical, marking its first M&A move.

Unusually, Prezent founder Rajat Mishra was also a co-founder of Prezentium, though he served only as its non-operating president. The acquisition consolidates the two ventures and allows Prezent to tap into Prezentium’s client base while offering its AI-powered presentation tools to more enterprises.

Mishra explained that unlike consumer-focused rivals like Gamma or Presentations.ai, Prezent remains committed to enterprise customers, embedding presentation engineers inside organizations to help teams adopt AI-powered workflows.
