Infinex Beta Tests Chrome Extension for Simplified Crypto Logins

Infinex is testing a Chrome extension that lets users log into the top 100 crypto sites across 20 chains using just a phone with fingerprint or face unlock.

The system uses Google or Apple passkeys, removing the need for seed phrases while still enabling secure transaction approvals. Early testing on 40 DeFi apps — including Aave, Uniswap, OpenSea, and Polymarket — has secured $500M in TVL without incident.

Founder Kain Warwick said the system offers a middle ground between convenience and security, ideal for average users but not for high-value wallets.
