Trauma surgeon Dr. Tom Kelly founded Heidi Health in 2021 with the goal of cutting doctors’ administrative burden. In just 18 months, its AI medical scribe has returned 18 million hours to frontline providers across 116 countries.
On Monday, Heidi announced a $65M Series B led by Steve Cohen’s Point72 and unveiled a new AI agent that calls patients on behalf of doctors. Former Microsoft CMO Dr. Simon Kos and Plaid’s Paul Williamson also joined the team.
