Lisk has unveiled the EMpower Fund, a $15 million venture initiative aimed at accelerating Web3 startups in Africa, LATAM, and Southeast Asia. The fund provides up to $250,000 per startup, along with hands-on guidance on regulatory compliance, tokenization, and fundraising strategies.

Early recipients include Lov.cash, Afrikabal, IDRX, and SigraFi, reflecting Lisk’s focus on undercapitalized but high-potential frontier markets.
