Painkiller’s Rogue Angel Mode Coming Oct. 21

The developers of Painkiller announced Rogue Angel, a new roguelike mode, launching on Oct. 21, 2025. Players can explore a procedurally generated “new realm of Purgatory,” collect tarot cards, weapons, and items, and battle bosses with friends in co-op mode. Pre-orders for Standard and Deluxe Editions are now available digitally, with a physical Standard Edition at major retailers.
