On the character side, the patch fixes heads looking incorrect when players look up or down, feet clipping below the ground when standing still, floating above floors in certain areas, incorrect death animations, a broken walking animation below 50% speed, and the peculiar bug causing character mouths to hang open when moving right. Ghost fixes address the Yurei failing to fully close doors, the Raiju flickering lights outside of hunts, and pathing issues on specific maps including 42 Edgefield Road and Grafton Farmhouse. Environment fixes tackle doors moving incorrectly when holding Tarot Cards, doors blocked by other players, Bleasdale Farmhouse door issues, doors detaching from hinges entirely, and Sunny Meadows Restricted incorrectly loading the full Sunny Meadows location.</p>

Salt now gets placed at the start of its animation rather than the end, the inventory swapping animation has been removed to allow instant equipment switching, prestige cosmetics are now free after being unlocked based on prestige level, and a five-second delay after death gives players time to select a ghost in the journal before the screen transitions. The Tier 1 Igniter now displays as open so players can see remaining matches at a glance — a small change that removes a genuine gameplay friction point during tense investigations. Known remaining issues include some equipment animation problems and the Angel Lamp and Spirit Box glitches tied to the Alan Wake event, which the team is continuing to work through ahead of further updates.</p>
