Matt Klein was fined $539, while candidate Ezekiel Enriquez received a $784 penalty. Virginia Senate candidate Mark Moran faced the harshest punishment — a $6,229 fine and forfeiture of profits.

All three individuals were banned from the platform for five years. Kalshi emphasized that even small bets violate its rules when participants have insider influence over the outcome, reinforcing its stance against election-related insider trading.
