The company quickly issued a warning urging developers to review their environment variables, especially those not marked as “sensitive,” as a precautionary step.

Reports suggest the attack may have exposed internal data, including potential access to integrations like GitHub and Linear. While sensitive variables remained protected, any unprotected credentials could be at risk. The attack has also been linked to the hacking group ShinyHunters, known for large-scale data breaches.
