Crypto platform CAEX has announced backing from OKX Ventures and HashKey as it prepares to enter Vietnam’s tightly regulated crypto exchange pilot. The investment aims to help CAEX meet the 10 trillion dong ($380M) capital requirement, a key condition for eligibility.

The platform is part of the ecosystem of VPBank, one of the country’s largest private lenders. With only a handful of licenses available, competition is intense, and CAEX is positioning itself with strong institutional backing and technical partnerships to secure a spot in this limited program.
