<p dir="auto">Bitcoin’s halving schedule gradually reduces the block reward every ~4 years. Current rewards are 3.125 BTC per block, producing ~450 BTC per day. Each subsequent halving halves this output:</p>
<p dir="auto">2028: 1.5625 BTC per block (~225/day)</p>
<p dir="auto">2032: 0.78125 BTC per block (~112/day)</p>
<p dir="auto">This exponential decay means the final million coins will be distributed across dozens of halving cycles, making mining extremely slow by comparison.</p>
