<p dir="auto">Massachusetts Institute of Technology says its AI and decision-making major is now the second-largest on campus. University of South Florida enrolled over 3,000 students in its new AI and cybersecurity college. University at Buffalo launched an AI and Society department with strong early demand.</p>
<p dir="auto">More schools — including University of Southern California and Columbia University — are rolling out AI degrees this fall.</p>
<p dir="auto">The debate is no longer about banning AI tools. It’s about whether universities can adapt fast enough — before students migrate to programs built for the AI era.</p>
